  • Multimedia research MEDIA PROJEKT 2000 follows the ratings of main newspaper and magazine titles, the listeners’ rating of the Czech national and regional radio stations. This project has been supervised by the Association STEM/MARK – GfK Praha – TN Sofres since the year 2000. The project was assigned by the Association of communication and media organizations of the Czech Republic (SKMO).
  • The research is conducted by the standard respondent interview. 30000 respondents between the ages of 12-79 have been interviewed per year.
  • The respondents were chosen randomly, using the complete database of Czech households. The research has been conducted continuously during the whole year; the accumulation of local data is done every 3 months. The chosen sample is constructed as a representative sample typical for the region and the size of the agglomeration. The characteristic differences are being represented in other socio-demographic identifications because of the random selection of respondents. The frequency and choice of certain days of the week is also in the balance.
  • The standard indexes of media rating MEDIA PROJEKT brings the users a new type of information, which are used for better self-knowledge of certain media groups. The index information in the field of listeners’ (readers’) lifestyle and basic consumer behavior of the media groups has been reinforced.
  • The results of the research from the sample of 15000 respondents are published 4 times a year, reflecting the past time period.
